Our first house hunting trip to the Costa Blanca is behind us. We’ve been to Spain many times but never to this part of the country, so this visit was all about getting oriented — meeting our agent at VillaLux, driving through neighborhoods, walking the beachfront and getting a feel for daily life in Jávea and Dénia.
We managed to see two properties despite August being the slowest month for viewings and spent the remaining days exploring surrounding towns and neighborhoods. It gave us a solid first read on the area and a much clearer sense of what we’ll focus on next time.
