Our second house hunting trip to Jávea and Dénia is complete.
This visit was primarily about covering a wide range of house types across different neighborhoods — giving us a solid foundation for our next trip, when we can start getting serious about finding the right house in the right area.
We were there four days in February, looked at seven homes across both cities and a few spots in between, stayed in the La Mandarina neighborhood and used the non-viewing days to explore markets, wineries and surrounding towns. It was also our first visit in the off season, which gave us a very different read on the area.
